Quatre porte-aéronefs étaient réunis durant la manœuvre de l'Otan Display Determination (Montrer sa détermination) de 1991. Du premier plan vers l'arrière : le porte-avions espagnol Principe-de-Asturias (R-11), le navire américain d'attaque amphibie USS Wasp (LHD-1), le port-avions USS Forrestal (CV-59), et le porte-avions léger HMS Invincible (R-05).
